Company Overview

1. One solution architect for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud should be in Canada and same time zone (EST). The role is working for our client Investissement Québec, owned by Government of Quebec , focused on financial investment. 
2. Bonus (Good to have): Being in Montreal and Speaks French
3. Rate: EY has a rate card with the client. Lets find the right resource in the market and then we can calculate the margin and decide which one works. Please share with us the candidates cost rate. Preferably the pay rate to the contractor should be between $115 to $145 per hour depending on seniority and location
4. Timeline: Starts from Mid July or latest from beginning of August. Works 50% per week, means 20 hours (part time) in August and Sept, will possibility of turning into full time from October.
5. Rank equivalent of Manager or Senior Manager  (should be indvidual contributor who can work remotely with minimum supervsion from EY team)

On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for a Solution Architect for a permanent role. This position is a remote position based in Toronto, ON.

Solution Architect - Job Description:
The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to meet the organization's business needs. The role involves enhancing current platforms and developing new solutions to optimize business processes and improve system accessibility.

Solution Architect - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop architectural solutions
• Design scalable and accessible systems that meet business requirements
• Lead technical discussions and problem-solving sessions
• Ensure alignment of solutions with organizational goals and standards
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

Solution Architect - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Experience in designing accessible solutions
• Proficiency in teamwork and collaboration
• Intermediate experience in solution architecture

Solution Architect – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of cloud platforms
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Experience in the financial sector
• Understanding of data analytics
• Bilingual in French and English

Qualifications

• Promote and apply Salesforce best practices for FSC implementations in a financial services and lending context • Review and challenge architecture decisions proposed by implementation teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices • Recommend architecture solutions in collaboration with delivery teams to support end-to-end project implementation • Lead the definition of Salesforce architecture across data and integration layers, with a focus on lending workflows • Design end-to-end solutions for complex LOS processes, including application intake, analysis, authorization, amendments, etc. • Define and drive integration strategies (API-led, event-driven) across enterprise systems (e.g., document management, external services) • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, security, and compliance requirements • Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem • Participate in architecture governance activities, including design reviews and decision-making forums • Collaborate with architects across projects to manage dependencies and ensure cohesive solution design • Advise stakeholders on scalable, secure, and compliant FSC solutions aligned with business objectives • Partner with technical teams, vendors, and integrators to deliver integrated and sustainable solutions: 1 - 7 years (Required)
