Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Lead defect triage, drive resolution, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely issue closure.
· Support test data creation and ensure test environment readiness.
· Leverage test automation where applicable to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
· Provide clear QA status updates, risk assessments, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
· Proven experience coordinating and planning testing activities in a large banking/FI environment, including data transformation, data integration, data warehouse, and application testing.
· Experience preparing and reviewing test plans, test cases, and test exit reports with full traceability to requirements and data-mapping documents.
· Strong hands-on experience using SQL for data validation, analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA).
· Strong knowledge of the Banking / Wealth Management data domain.
· Exposure to AI-assisted testing is an added advantage.
