Solution Architect (Investissement Québec)

• Promote and apply Salesforce best practices for FSC implementations in a financial services and lending context • Review and challenge architecture decisions proposed by implementation teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices • Recommend architecture solutions in collaboration with delivery teams to support end-to-end project implementation • Lead the definition of Salesforce architecture across data and integration layers, with a focus on lending workflows • Design end-to-end solutions for complex LOS processes, including application intake, analysis, authorization, amendments, etc. • Define and drive integration strategies (API-led, event-driven) across enterprise systems (e.g., document management, external services) • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, security, and compliance requirements • Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem • Participate in architecture governance activities, including design reviews and decision-making forums • Collaborate with architects across projects to manage dependencies and ensure cohesive solution design • Advise stakeholders on scalable, secure, and compliant FSC solutions aligned with business objectives • Partner with technical teams, vendors, and integrators to deliver integrated and sustainable solutions: 1 - 7 years (Required)
