Quality Assurance (BMO):
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Quality Assurance (BMO) for an intermediate role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Quality Assurance (BMO) - Job Description:
The project involves enhancing the existing quality assurance processes within the BMO team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality deliverables. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues effectively.

Quality Assurance (BMO) - Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects
• Conduct root cause analysis for identified issues
• Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
• Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements
• Document and track quality assurance metrics

Quality Assurance (BMO) - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in quality assurance methodologies and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Quality Assurance (BMO) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Familiarity with automation testing tools
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience with BMO systems
• Certification in quality assurance or related field

Quality Assurance (BMO) – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position for a duration of 12 months.
