Workday Adaptive Planning Solution Architect (SSC)

Job Description

Project Background:

·       Planning and Forecasting Solution Support: A government client is looking to develop a planning and forecasting solution in Workday - Adaptive planning.  They have developed requirements which will need to be validated and a fit gapped to determine the feasibility of building a planning and forecasting solution in Workday.

Qualifications:

·       Proven experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, particularly in planning and forecasting implementations.

·       Strong background in performing fit-gap analysis and requirements validation.

·       Expertise in designing solution architecture, including data flow diagrams, system components, middleware, and integration points.

·       Ability to develop detailed technical roadmaps and project plans.

·       Excellent communication skills to engage with technical teams and business stakeholders.

·       Experience working with government or public sector clients

• Familiarity with salary forecasting processes and related financial planning concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday certification or relevant training in Adaptive Planning.
• Experience with middleware technologies and integration platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile project delivery methodologies.
